GRADUATE PLACEMENTS
GROWTH organises project-based work placements for GRADUATES who must be willing to relocate to the West Midlands or Mid-Wales. Placements are usually short term contracts(up to 5 months), however, some do lead to permanent employment and the placement can act as a trial period.
OUR AIM IS TO:
Help graduates get real commercial work which will enhance their CV's, enable them to make important contacts, and improve their career prospects.
Help small businesses(under 200 employees) in rural areas access the expertise and knowledge of graduates. This sector holds the key to Britain's economic future and we aim to encourage an increase in the numbers of graduates recruited by SME's.
Placements last from 8-20 weeks and the minimum guaranteed wage is �120 per week(gross).
