ReturnThe Web Services Project came about because small businesses had heard of the Internet and its business oppourtunities but were unable to get a good opinion of its potential.
They started asking questions at the Telecentres about Web services, the Telecentre managers then bought this up at the Network Meetings. As a result it was turned into a successful proposal to The Telecentre Development Project.
The website is made up of two sections information on the Telecentres in Powys and information on Businesses in Powys
