Over the last twelve months the project has introduced a user questionnaire to all sites, it is given to a random selection of users. From these questionnaires the following information of interest can be deduced.

Although not highlighted in the questionnaire findings, many school aged children use the centres on a regular basis both for assisted drop-in and for courses run specifically for them.
