PLACEMENTS FOR GRADUATES FROM NORTH AMERICA

US and Canadian citizens can participate in our Transnational Internship Programme. GROWTH will identify host institutions to suit the curriculum and development needs of candidates fom North America.

INTERNSHIPS

GROWTH organises internships for recent graduates hoping to gain an unique experience in an overseas company. GROWTH's main areas of operation are Wales and the West Midlands, although we do occasionally have enquiries from companies in other parts of the country. We try to cater for all disciplines, but can not guarantee anything. Internships can last from 3-12 months and GROWTH will process the work permit application.

OUR AIM:

  • 1. To help recent graduates gain real commercial experience in an environment from which they will benefit as much as possible. Not only will it enhance their career prospects, but it will give an unique insight into the operative systems of a foreign company.

  • 2. To help SMEs in rural areas with any projects they may have that require investigation from a different perspective. It is also our intention to encourage SMEs to consider recruitment of graduates.

    Most of the internships are paid at a level of �120 per week, which is sufficient to cover basic living expenses.
