Our placements are supported by various government agencies such as the Welsh Office, Development Board for Rural Wales, Rural Development Commission, European Regional Development Fund, European Social Fund, local Training and Enterprise Councils, local Business Links and County Councils.

STUDENT PLACEMENTS

GROWTH organises 8 week placements for undergraduates working in companies throughout Powys in Mid-Wales. These take place in July and August, they are based around a project and are paid in the reigion of �120 a week.

As part of this programme, GROWTH also runs 3 training days for particpents, to help them with their placement and to develop basic commercial skills.

Anyone interested should apply by 31^st May.

BRITISH STUDENTS AND GRADUATES LOOKING FOR OVERSEAS PLACEMENTS

If British students register with us by sending their CV, we will circulate their details to our partners across Europe and attempt to find a suitable placement which will provide genuine work experience in a responsible position. A covering letter should state clearly why you are searching for an overseas position.
