GROWTH organises short and long term placements (3-12 months) for companies in need of the expertise and language skills of Japanese nationals. We can find a highly qualified Japanese person to work for your company on a short term placement.

We have access to hundreds of Japanese graduates and young professionals who are looking for work placements in the UK. Most are in their mid to late 20's and have had considerable commercial experience in their own country.

GROWTH will arrange for you to assess and select candidates who have passed a recognised English language proficiency test. We will process all the paperwork, including work permits.
