Services

Search Fee

The Search Fee is a non-returnable fee. On receipt of your Search Fee, we will:

Initiate a search to find suitably qualified candidates who fit the skills profile you have identified. Using our extensive database of CVs and our links with Universities in the UK and overseas, we will circulate details of your project and liaise with heads of Departments and Faculties in order to locate the best candidate.

We will collate a selection of CVs for you to consider, arrange interviews and draw up contracts of employment on your behalf - but keeping paperwork to a minimum.

For overseas graduates, we will arrange work permits and accommodation.

For temporary contracts we will arrange payroll, tax and National Insurance contributions.

GROWTH will identify any financial subsidies or grants that we administer for which your business may be eligible.

Placement Fees

The placement fee is only payable when you have interviewed and appointed a suitable candidate and a contract has been signed.

Permanent Recruits

We charge 6% of the first year's salary for permanent recruits. In the event that the contract is terminated, for whatever reason, GROWTH will repay a proportion of this fee:

75% in the first month

50% in the second month

25% in the third month

These charges apply to all GROWTH Placements - UK, European, Japanese and American. All charges are subject to VAT.
